Visa Account Updater Service (VAU)

If you’ve ever had your debit card lost, stolen, or reissued, then you know the hassle of having to update your new card information with multiple merchants. For First Chatham Bank Visa debit cardholders, VAU will provide automatic updates to participating merchants who maintain your debit card information on file to process your preauthorized and automated payments. The service will allow participating merchants to receive your updated card information when you receive a new debit card for any reason.

As of October 1, 2017, you will be automatically enrolled in this service. We feel that participation in this service is a great benefit to our cardholders, however you do have the opportunity to opt out if you so choose. If you wish to opt out, please:
